Besides, once you try these raw vegan brownies, you won't want to go back to the boxed ones (at least not when you have this as an alternative). Not only are they healthy and leave you feeling great and not at all stomach-achy or sleepy from sugar, but they're also just plain old delicious!
The same goes for actively choosing to be nicer. You'll find that being more positive towards others makes you feel more positive about yourself. The old adage about smiling ('fake it 'til you make it') holds true for kindness. Pretend to be nicer than you are and soon you'll find that you really are that nice!
