Review and Giveaway(!) : My Favorite Indulgence

I love breakfast and it's so important! Especially before a crazy day (as today will be for those who partake in the Black Friday shopping frenzy) or after a very indulgent day (as yesterday likely was for many of us), it's important to eat a healthy, balanced breakfast with whole grains for energy and fiber to keep us satisfied all day long.

Luckily, a healthy breakfast can also be a delicious breakfast!

My go-to for breakfast all week has been My Favorite Indulgence, a breakfast choice that's both deliciously indulgent (it lives up to its name) and delightfully healthy.

Read on to learn more about the granolas and to find out how you can enter to win the four granolas pictured above!

The creation of Vicki Schrimmer, a passionate baker, My Favorite Indulgence is the result of hundreds of trial batches and nearly endless tweaking. All that hard-work paid off!

The slow-roasted, non-GMO, preservative-free, vegan granola is sweet, crunchy, and packs a nice amount of fiber.

It also has a short and sweet ingredients list, which always scores points with me. I believe in eating real food and My Favorite Indulgence is both real and really delicious!

I love pairing the granola with sliced banana, dried fruits, and greek yogurt. It's also great with just milk or eaten straight out of the bag!

If you want to hang on to fall flavors for just a little longer before the season ends in just a few short days, try the Pumpkin-Spiced Granola.

It's as yummy as yesterday's pumpkin pie, but will make you feel a lot better than having leftover pumpkin pie for breakfast would!

For fans of New England flavors, try the Maple Cinnamon Granola.

I think this one tastes particularly good with chopped up dried figs and dates over plain or vanilla greek yogurt. That combination tastes like an indulgent dessert, but it is so healthy you can eat it for breakfast and feel good about your nutritious decision!

Last, but certainly not least, chocoholics will love the Chocolate Mocha Granola.

The Chocolate Mocha Granola is my favorite flavor of My Favorite Indulgence and it tastes great for breakfast, but also makes a delightful dessert served over ice cream.

...that option may be better for later in the day, however. Though it is possible that I may have eaten it that way for breakfast once. Or twice.

See if My Favorite Indulgence is available near you, but don't worry if it isn't. All four flavors are available in 10oz zippered packs for $9.95 (and no tax!) and ship to anywhere in the USA. Happy eating!

Head over to my Instagram page to enter a GIVEAWAY to win the same set that I have pictured above (a 10z Classic Almond granola and 2oz snack packs of the other three flavors). The giveaway is open to residents of the USA and I will choose two lucky winners next week!

  2. No, I did not go shopping today. I love sweet potatoes for leftovers! The flavor I would enjoy best is Pumpkin-Spiced Granola but they all sound terrific.

  9. I am a huge Thanksgiving stuffing fan so I love those leftovers. I did not shop on Black Friday or Cyber Monday as I have most of my shopping complete this year. I think the chocolate mocha granola variety from My Favorite Indulgence sounds good.
