There are three new flavors of Wink Frozen Desserts! They're all dairy free, vegan, nut free, soy free, gluten free, and generally allergen-free! It's one the tummy-friendlies desserts ever and I couldn't wait to try the three new flavors:
There's S'mores, Strawberry Cheesecake (a new 100 calorie version of the one we already love), and Salted Caramel. They all sounded delicious, but especially the Salted Caramel - I'm such a fan of that flavor and was so thrilled when Wink announced that they're making one! Anyway, on to my review.
It's sweet and smooth and tastes creamy, like strawberry ice cream.
I can't say I particularly taste the 'cheesecake bit,' but I'm finicky. It's a great choice for strawberry ice cream lovers and while I'd say their plain strawberry flavor tastes like strawberry sorbet, this one definitely tastes like strawberry ice cream. Yum!
Then there's S'mores.
It's lighter on the chocolate than I expected, but I was pleasantly surprised by how smoothly they managed to meld the marshmallow and chocolate flavors. I almost expected this to be another basically chocolate-flavored frozen dessert, but it's definitely distinct from both their current Cocoa Dough and their Dark Chocolate flavors. I recommend it!
Last, but not least, my favorite:
Salted Caramel! It was as good as I expected. Creamy, sweet, caramelly, and absolutely heaven paired with crushed pretzels and/or Oreos. I highly recommend!
